The site www.umbria.one has been created to offer easy access to select tourist information primarily focusing on the southern parts of Umbria and places of interest in the neighbouring regions.
With guests visiting to my house in Umbria fairly regularly, this site is a good way to allow my visitors to prepare and plan their stay in advance and in their own pace, and if others should find the site and its content interesting and useful then it has definitely been worth the effort of building and maintaining the site.
The site contains a number of recommendations. The different recommendations does not reflect any exchange of benefits or funds, but are merely an expression of our own and close friends first hand impressions.
The text and pictures on the site are for the most parts our own creations, but there are some use of license free pictures and a bit of text here and there which have been inspired from publicly available sources and where minor text fragments have been borrowed or rewritten.
The site will be updated with regular intervals and when new information becomes available.
